Greg Hochmuth is an artist and engineer based in New York. He studied computer science at Stanford University and worked as a product manager at Google. In 2011, he joined Instagram as one of the company's first engineers and remained with that team through its acquisition by Facebook. Greg left Instagram in 2014 to move to New York, where he now works on a variety of art and technical projects, with a particular interest in cognition, behavioral art and human communication.
